The Eudaimonia Center is a cash-based practice. We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, HSA/FSA funds, and credit cards. However, we do not accept insurance. Instead, we provide Superbills for all insurance-coverable services. These claims will eventually be submitted to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement to you.
